Abstract

Strategi bersaing merupakan kunci dari pencapaian keunggulan bersaing. Manusia merupakan komponen penting dari strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Perkembangan teknologi digital tergantung pada tingkat perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi serta kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Dalam era digital maju, manusia adalah faktor produktif utama yang memastikan terciptanya teknologi baru, pengembangan industri inovatif, perkembangan dinamis bidang ekonomi dan sosial. Manusia mempunyai intelektual, kreatifitas, inovasi, dan daya imajinasi. Tanpa modal insani dan modal intelektual, ekonomi digital tidak dapat dipertahankan. Otomatisasi Sistem Manajemen SDM merupakan bagian dari efisiensi proses bisnis. Fungsi dan proses manajemen SDM menjadi lebih cepat, murah, dan akurat sehingga lebih efisien dan produktif.
