CERITA RAKYAT MASYARAKAT MAMASA: KAJIAN STRUKTURAL ANTROPOLOGI CLAUDE LEVI STRAUS

Abstract


Abstract: This research aims at dercribing: (1) the ecological structure of Mamasa  folklore, (2) the sociology structure of Mamasa folklore, (3) the economic structure of Mamasa folklore, (4) the cosmology structure of Mamasa folklore, and (5) the logic story of Mamasa folklore. The Type of this  research is qualitative descriptive. The data are analyszed using content –analysis techniqueand interactive analysis. The results of this research, such us. First, the  ecological structure of Mamasa folklore are  aquatic ecology, sea, and air. Second, the sociology stucture of Mamasa folkore are married life, politics, and a change of fortune. Third, the economic structure are the lives of gardening and hunting. Fourth, the cosmology structure are human life and the unseen. Fifth, the logic of the story contains a conception of life and conception of supernatural.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: (1)  struktural ekologis dalam cerita rakyat rakyat Mamasa, (2) struktural sosiologi cerita rakyat rakyat Mamasa, (3) struktural ekonomi cerita rakyat rakyat Mamasa, (4) struktural kosmologi cerita rakyat rakyat Mamasa, dan (5) logika cerita cerita rakyat Mamasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) dan analisis interaktif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, sebagai berikut. Pertama,  struktural ekologis dalam cerita rakyat Mamasa terkait dengan ekologi air, laut, dan udara. Kedua, struktural sosiologi memuat kehidupan suami istri, politik, dan perubahan nasib. Ketiga, struktural ekonomi memuat kehidupan orang berkebun dan berburu. Keempat, struktural kosmologi memuat kehidupan manusia dan ghaib. Kelima, logika cerita memuat konsepsi tentang kehidupan dan konsepsi tentang alam gaib, bahwa dalam alam semesta terdapat tipe diadik, yakni dunia alam gaib dan dunia manusia.
